We endeavour to pack our boxes as described, but due to shipping time and product availability, we may substitute products and items with substitutions of similar quality and value.

Delivery for Melbourne metro is $9.50
You can select your delivery date at checkout - order up to 3 months in advance.
Cut off for orders is the day before- Melbourne: 7pm AEST.
We aim to have deliveries completed by 3pm with a buffer of 6pm and depending on traffic and the number of deliveries being made (you get tracking from the courier - check junk folder).
If your destination is a Business, School/Uni or Apartment, you must include as much info as possible in the shipping details on the next page. e.g. unit number, company name, level number), school & university (building name, level, depart. etc.)
If the recipient isn’t home and the driver can’t get into the secured building, a re-delivery fee may occur.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Police Stations, Universities, Airports & some Gov Bases.
A specific delivery time cannot be requested.
